Guestwire is operated by 3P Development USA LLC, [REGISTERED ADDRESS], United States ("we", "us"). By paying for a campaign or ticking the consent box at checkout, you agree to these terms.
Guestwire finds podcasts that book guests like you, writes pitches to their hosts, sends those pitches from a Guestwire-owned mailbox using your name as the sender display name, handles replies, and forwards booking opportunities to you with your calendar link.
A campaign is 40 pitches to 40 shows you selected, plus up to two follow-ups per show, sent over roughly 30 days. Campaign data stays visible to you for 60 days after the last send.
Reading your profile, seeing your matches, and previewing the first five pitches are free. Nothing is sent until you pay.
By ticking the consent box you authorise us to send the pitches shown to you, and their follow-ups, to podcast hosts using your name and the professional details you confirmed. Emails go out from a domain we own, never from your own mailbox or domain.
You confirm the profile information is accurate and that you are the person (or authorised to represent the person) named as the sender. You are responsible for the content of any pitch you edited before sending.
We handle replies automatically: positive replies receive a short thank-you with your calendar link; declines and "not now" replies are recorded. We do not negotiate, commit you to dates, or make promises on your behalf beyond what the pitch says.
A campaign costs $350, paid once through Stripe before sending starts. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any VAT or sales tax that may apply to you.
We guarantee the work, not the outcome. If we send fewer than 40 pitches within 30 days of payment, you can ask for a full refund. Podcast hosts decide who they book; we cannot promise replies or bookings, and no refund is owed based on how many hosts say yes.
Once sending has started, a campaign cannot be cancelled for a refund, because the work has been done. You can stop further sends at any time by emailing us.
We store the website or LinkedIn URL you entered, the profile we derived from it (including edits you made), your email, sender name, calendar link, the pitches, and every reply we receive on your behalf. We use this only to run your campaign and improve matching quality.
We do not sell your data or use it to pitch you to anyone else. Email us to have your account and campaign data deleted; we keep payment records as long as the law requires.
Podcast host contact details are gathered from public sources (podcast feeds and websites) and remain ours. They are never shown to you and must not be requested, scraped, or reused.
Do not use Guestwire to pitch products or services that are illegal, deceptive, or harmful; to impersonate someone else; or to send anything other than a genuine request to appear as a podcast guest. We may stop a campaign without refund if it breaks these rules.
We provide the service as described and fix problems when they occur, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our total liability for any claim relating to a campaign is limited to the amount you paid for that campaign. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or reputation.
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one shown at checkout, which we record with your consent. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE OF FORMATION], United States.
